The information you send to us is held on secure, password-protected servers to which only members of the Naked Scientists team, or individuals and groups directly santioned by us, have access. We will not release your personal data to any other parties except those involved in the running of the Naked Scientists such as our moderators, producers and consultants, without your permission. However, unless you request otherwise, we may include your questions, comments, forum posts or feedback within our radio programmes, podcasts, publications or online content. Such use may include mentioning your name, and if you communicate with us via Twitter, Facebook or our forum, your username may be made public. Please note that the registration details you supply will also remain within records unless you request us to remove them, which you may do at any time by writing to us via the communications channels listed above.
