Yet more evidence that Nicotine is fatally attractive, following findings that a single cigarette can trigger a long-lasting chemical change in brain cells. Dopamine is a neurotransmitter that is responsible for feelings of pleasure, and high levels of the chemical lasts for hours in the brain after exposure to nicotine.
