Roger Roe asked:

When fruits and vegetables are imported, do you know whether they're going to be imported by air freight or sea shipping and is it that broccoli is always done by air and cabbage is always done by sea? Is there a way that you can know how itís being brought into the country?

David -   Not that I know of.

Chris -   That's a very good point.

David -   Itís pretty good question.  If itís very fresh, fresh flowers, that kind of thing, they have to be air freighted.  There's no way they can come in the other way.  But a lot of vegetables now can be picked green and don't necessarily have to be air freighted.
