Question

Alan, Orpington asked:

Chimps are supposed to have 99% of the same DNA as humans. Us humans have to cut and maintain our toenails and fingernails. Do chimpanzees have to do this?

Answer

Chris: I donít know, Helen, do you know this?

Helen: I donít know actually, itís a good question. I can only imagine they do. I can imagine that they can chew them, theyíre quite bendy. They can probably chew their toenails. But we can find out. Anyone got any ideas?

Chris: If you have any clues, do get in touch.
