Question

Michael, Newmarket asked:

Light from the stars travels millions of miles away but this is a continuous beam? Also, if you’re in, for example, Australia would you see the same light as somebody who’s in the UK?

Answer

You won’t see the same photons of light, the individual particles of light but the properties on either side of the earth are going to be very, very similar.
