Morning vaccine best shot?

Could having your vaccination first thing in the morning be your best shot? Vaccines help your body to produce the specific antibodies it needs to fight off infection. New research from the University of Birmingham suggests that we can improve the effectiveness of vaccines simply by changing the time of day that we have our jabs. But if vaccines already work, why do we even need to improve them? Emma Sackville talked to lead scientist Anna Phillips to find out more...
