Are there ways to increase longitudinal bone growth? I have read articles on how estrogen blockers/anti-estrogens can delay the maturation of epiphyseal growth plate and that protein, vitamin d, and calcium help increase longitudinal bone growth. Are there any endocrinologist or auxologist out there that can help me confirm this?

Growth hormone is given to children in the UK on the NHS only under exceptional circumstances as it is very expensive (£10k p.a.) and there are serious iatrogenic risks ...

Thanks for the reply. However I am over the age and height limit for the treatment you have mentioned in your post. I am currently 17 and going to be 18 next month, I know my epiphyseal growth plate still isn't closed yet and I'm just wondering if taking estrogen blockers or any other pills out there will help me delay the growth or even help me increase long. bone growth.
