Is the gravitational relationship between the Earth and Moon altered by objects in orbit, passing between them, such as satellites and the space shuttle?
(No more questions from me today, I promise!)

No, the mass and therefore the gravity of satellites and space shuttles are insignificant compared to the masses of the Earth and the Moon. Does a building in between you and your friend effect the gravitational relationship between you?
