Title: Something wrong with my thread?

Every time I go into this thread: http://www.thenakedscientists.com/forum/index.php?topic=43930.0 my name, messages and the dates all disappear at the top right of the page, also, the options to reply, edit anything has all disappeared for me... is this the same for anyone else, or just me?

It looks fine to me (Firefox 11, Linux).

I see a comment that syhprum thinks it is showing up too WIDE.

Ahhh...
So, the problem is dealing with verbosity without spaces.

You should see a scroll bar at the bottom of the page.

There is a Google Books Link by yor_on. 
Is that the problem?

Can it be shortened?

There are quite a few of us idiot geeks on this forum.

 I am such a geek I still use a fountain pen. My IQ, however .... Well I never brag about high it is. ANd there is nothing wrong with your thread. Many threads get minimal response. It is just the way people are.

Another option, of course, is to get a wider computer monitor.

Perhaps one of the 30" monitors, set with an unbelievably low resolution.  ;)

My screen (24", 1920x1200) can easily display out to the point where the system forced a wrap on my super-long sentence above.
