Researchers have developed a new way of tracking the development of Alzheimer's disease using a radioactive marker to tag affected cells.

Most excellent research.

It is much easier to get living volunteers enrolled when the diagnostics don't include brain resection.

Hopefully this will also help differentiate between disease conditions such as microischemia and Alzheimer's.
