My theory is based on the plecebo effect... Being a personal trainer... There is a fact that the diets in jail cells are not good enough to sustain yet... grow dramatic amounts of muscle tissue. Growing muscle is all about the diet chemistry and a fraction of it is the actual lifting.
I think that they are using there alpha male disillusion to create a plecebo effect... Making there bodies adapt to the poor diet and giving them the ability to grow muscle even though there technically isnt enough source of food to grow... Either that or the big guys are stealing food from the little guys.
