I am trying to add pictures!!.

When composing your post click on the "additional options".
[ Invalid Attachment ]
Then "Browse" your computer for the image you want to attach then press "upload".
The images cannot exceed 128Kb in size, (20-60Kb is usually sufficient), and if you wish to have them appear full-size in the post, (like the one above), rather than have them attached then I'd suggest that the image width is no greater than 750 pixels.
Alternatively get an account with an image hosting site like "photobucket" or "flickr" and insert a link (URL) to the hosted image in the post ...

If you have a PC (windows) and need a free programme to resize images then you could try
IrfanView
.

If you want to include a picture that is already in the public domain i.e has an URL simply paste that URL between the two image instructions.(img-img)
