Title: Has anyone been to Oxford Street recently?

I came across a window that looked a bit like a reconstructed crime scene and took some pictures.  Does anyone know what it is for?

My first instinct was that it might be part of the Welcome collection:

But that is on Euston Road, rather than Oxford Street.

funny though, I practically live on oxford street (near enough that is to almost walk parts of it every day) and I haven't seen this. Where did you take that piccie.
