Seems yes - but much more important risk factors remain gender, genetic inheritance, smoking, drinking and obesity. It would be quite unlikely that a varied sensitivity to testosterone would not affect huge numbers of physiological systems within the body - it's just a downer that it damages chances rather than improves. Keep fit and don't smoke, eat and drink healthily, and take exercise - and almost all the factors are drowned out; the sensitivities of these surveys are amazing - but it renders the answer pretty meaningless to an individual.
