Title: Do astronauts experience shorter days?

Naked Scientists,

I've heard that clocks in the space station move faster than clocks do on Earth. Does that mean the astronauts on board would experience a day shorter than 24 hours? And if time is moving faster would that mean that the astronauts are ageing faster as well?

Thanks!

I really enjoy your show (http://www.thenakedscientists.com/HTML/podcasts/)

Yup - but hardly noticable.
