The legend that goes with it is "huh?" - and seems to be saying "I don't believe you said that" or "what did you really mean by that", or "I don't believe you meant what it looks like you meant".

Ofcourse, the trouble is, when you use symbols that people don't regularly use, and are not familiar with using, you can never be sure that the guy using the symbol really meant what you thing the symbol ought to mean  [???]

No.. When I go to the list of people who is online.. some of them say "Action - nothing, or nothing you can see"

or if u are talking about the site then it means that they cud b changing the site somehow or moderating it or even just plain hideing to make ppl like u ask questions :)
