Title: Why do I a problem of sniffing (sinus) in the morning frequently?

Is it because of my late sleeping? Or is it because of myself being allergic? Thanks!

I am not an expert but I find that that happens to me also, but I was told it was allergies....dust etc....
So it helps to keep the room dust free under bed etc.. curtains vacuumed window edges and knick knacks dusted and to change a wash my pillows regularly.. cover your bedding with plastic daily or change the top layer nightly... Oh and when you dust do not dry dust it just scatters the dust.. use a damp cloth or vacuum less dust but still some unless you use a water based vacuum..
