Teen's acne spells ARSE

Yeah , I think that image has been tampered with.  It looks like the 'ARSE' has been embossed, to raise it.

almost looked like permanent marker has been washed away after causing the acne in that shape.. Many people break out in places where marker stays on skin for awhile...it will whelp or break out..

Notice the right side of the upper case R has black mark left and to the right of the tale of the e another black mark about 1/2 inch away!

There seem to be a couple other spots around the forehead where you can see the used a marker under the letters.. Notice the boy is a red head.. from my experience with red headed teenagers with acne the acne looks real but they tend to have very sensitive skin.. and many things would cause irritation and thus break him out around where the chemical or bandaid sticky or other such thing irritated his skin.

Yes, my first thought was that someone painted the word on his forehead with grease or something. I hope his fringe covers it!

Surely you wouldn't let anyone take that photo of yourself without covering the rest of your face to hide your identity?
