Title: Blowing bubbles in Space
Post by: neilep on 01/05/2007 23:13:23
Say I'm driving my Ford Xr3i Turbo Nutter in space and I have a bubble kit with me and I blow some bubbles out of the window....will the bubbles instantly freeze retainng bubble niceness or will they just collapse into a bubble mist ?

Because the pressure up there is very, very low, a bubble will expand   to a huge size /burst if there is more than a tiny amount of gas in it, initially.

THANK YOU for this Sophie......I was wondering if it would freeze quickly enough to retain the gases inside....I thought it would be nice !....THANKS again.
