Title: Why does fear give me physical pain?
Post by: thedoc on 06/07/2016 03:50:01
Margot asked the Naked Scientists:
Anytime I get scared (particularly when I wake up from a nightmare) my tailbone/sacrum/pelvis hurts and is a little throbby-achy. What could be the cause of this? Any relation to the adrenaline release, etc? Is this normal or totally weird?
What do you think?
