Title: What would plant and tree DNA maps look like?

Hello-

What would plant and tree dna maps look like? I was wondering what  alignment of the letter codes UCGA's, would describe, say an oak tree?

I am interested in how one would represent an oak in the dna code form.

I think perhaps some individuals my have slightly more DNA in common with daffodils than others!

It would just be a long series of letters.
Just like any living organism's dna would be represented.

Just as well I didn't copy the whole thing.
I think it was something like 500,000,000 base pairs long.
