Title: What is the history of 3D Microscopes?

Does anyone knows or have any reference in the history of 2 dimensional microscopes till 3 dimensional microscopes (from compound to stereo?) I've Googled it but I can't simply find it.   [???]

do you mean the image that you got by an electronic microscope, well yes  they are tow techniques
-Electronic microscope with Transmission
-Electronic microscope with 'balayage'

it depends on what you wanna see actually
