Title: It is chocolate week....whats your favorite?

Does a finger roll fudge give you a treat or do curly wurlys take your fancy. I'm an aero girl myself. I love to be bubbly on the inside. So tell me in this, chocolate week, what is your favorite chocolate pleasure?

I either like cherry liqueurs or mint chocolate from green and black.

I agree in principle.

To be precise, it is Chocladefarbriken Lindt & Sprüngli (note the umlatut) and my favorite is the Excellence Intense Orange, Dark - pieces of orange with almond slivers, Lot 10 31 2008 L2567 0, which at the moment I am consuming.

It will be a slightly different chocolate from Chocladefarbriken Lindt & Sprüngli next, most likely a ultra dark with chilies. It is the next in the stack.

And only Chocladefarbriken Lindt & Sprüngli chocolates! I will, however, eat others if forced by desperation to "go slumming a la chocolate." I have been known to keep a bit of simi-sweet chocolate chips for baking in the desk drawer - opps, I just noticed - I have a tin of them there now. How did I miss those?

Anyway, the Bev. is correct - or at least started correctly. But one cannot expect too much from a Beaver.

I could never hate chocolate but my favorite candy are m&m's Plain. although I love the peanut ones but they don"t love me!... Chocolate mint is delicious!

Green & Black's spicy Mayan Chocs also the Dark Chocolates too.

Also the local baker's Belgian Chocolate Fudge cake just melts in my mouth --------

Oh, so many, so many!

I love Toblerone for a special treat. Something about those bits of nougat in there, yum, but boy does it do a number on my teeth! yikes!

I love chocolate candy but don't go for chocolate cake or ice cream so much. Don't know why.

When I was young I'd buy a bar of Kake Brand, because it was cheap and I didn't mind too much - terrible thing, poverty.

Can we go into chocolate puds? There is a rather spectacular chocolate-chilli pudding that is just fantastic, and also my wife makes the most incredible chocolate cheesecake.

Yep !!...me too !!..the blue chocolate that is !!..also red, pink and yellow and other colours too even green...and the wackiest colour I ever saw was brown !! [:)]..Venice is great when it comes to multi-coloured choccy fun !!

Neil the roasted cocoa beans that make up chocolate are Brown, otherwise Dark Chocolate would be a dull beige colour.
