I just ordered an el cheapo phone for wifey from T-Mobile and in their confirmation email they include a hyperlink to their terms and conditions..

That is crazy! LOL...... Maybe he can show them the error of their ways and they will scoop him up and make him the head of purchasing department and he can keep them goof offs in line so these kind of things don't happen again! Good Job High wages I bet!
