Jesse asked the Naked Scientists:
Hey Naked Scientists, is there anything that eats viruses?
Thanks!
What do you think?

Just about anything that eats will eat viruses from time to time. On the other hand I doubt there's anything that eats viruses as a significant part of their diet.

virophages eat/destroy viruses.
there's practically a phage for anything, even for phages there probably exist phages.
it's just as nature itself but even on cellular level.
like the food chain pyramid, the question of supply and demand.
