Title: Could you build a weight-sensitive taser-fence?

There are so many ways to do this it's fun just thinking about it.

First of all, we need to decide how the weight triggers the system. Do you step on the ground sensor? Do you wait till the climbing begins?
There are many force/tension sensing products out there, I'm sure you'll have no problem building one....

BUT, I'm much more worried about false positives. How do you prevent two 40-lb beings from getting tased by your fence? I suppose you have a though on protecting the sub-75 beings from the punishment?
