If you've had a couple (only a couple mind) of beers, and then get bitten by a mosquito, does the mosquito get drunk?
-
seeing as mosquitos fly around in such an odd way, how would you tell they were drunk purely by observation?
IIRC only females do the biting, so again you would have to isolate just the females, another tricky job.
lastly, i think the answer is No. Due to the size of the mosquito, it could not take in enough of your blood to get drunk on.

Isolating drunk females is something that I've never had a problem with.....

Doesn't this depend on the amount of alcohol in the blood-stream, and the relative effects of size?

isolating them is one thing, them being drunk enough is another [;)]
No, i don't think so. No matter how drunk you are the mosquito could still not get enough for it to become drunk.
