As we know a fired bullet move extremely fast, my question is could a piece of magnet attract the fast moving bullet ?

Are bullets made of magnetic material?  Lead isn't to the best of my knowledge.  That aside, if you made a bullet out of iron, for example, then yes, it would.

In case the bullet were made of magnetic material, you should specify *how much* you want it to be attracted or not. I'm not sure you would be satisfied if its trajectory were deviated of tiny fractions of millimetre.
