As I've gotten older, I've noticed that it takes days to recharge my load. Obviously this must have something to do with aging, but having had my testosterone levels checked, they are normal. It can't be levels of T which determine Sperm quantity and quality. I've noticed that that my ejaculation also tends to be thicker than I remember. Any thoughts, would some vitamin supplematation help to produce more and thinner ejacualate ?

As we get older we do produce less semen but maybe what your seeing or not seeing is a reduction of the fluid that the seamen sail in [:)]and maybe if you didnt play with yourself everyday then your body might get the chance to replenish its self.

Well, tis true, it is the fluid which carries the little swimmers which is produced less and less. LOL, I haven't got the energy or the urge to flick the wrist everyday. I might try some extra Zinc maybe.
