Can soft drink affect my dreams?
I have noticed this pattern in my dreams when i drink soft drink before going to bed.

What kind of 'soft drinks'?
Many 'energy' drinks can contain caffeine, and other things that could effect sleep.
Other drinks could contain artificial sweeteners, which you might be sensitive to.

Soft drink= soda pop.. carbonated flavored pop, soda, non alchoholic... like Coke, Pepsie, orange crush, rootbeer, gingerale, squirt, ruby red squirt, grape soda, 7-up, Tab, etc etc.. LOL...
energy drinks are different at least here!

i bet it is possible as so many consumables can effect dreams and disturb sleep... why not soda pop?

Yup.. Like sodas.. They have caffeine (I think.. Yes??) and they make you go high.. So your dreams would probably be.. also "high" ?

I think dreams are caused by your body repairing itself and your brain making sense of the day and any outstanding worries. This is done when your body is not working hard ie you are sleeping BUT if you are digesting food or fruit drinks your body is still working. This would make you more restive in between dreams and therefore you are more likely to remember what you dreamt about. You are probably not dreaming any more or less than usual you are just coming out of your dreams into an almost consciousness because of the strain on your system.
