Reminded me of Ralph Peters 'The War in 2020'. In it the Russians have found a way to 'torture' a new type of super computers. It's very readable, and a far cry from reading Tom Clancy, which books more reminds me of some 'squared of' Asimov of 'wars and terrorism'.
