Title: creating formula - based on theory that seems to work

been trying to formulate a DIY product for some time ( already started topic on it) and think I've finally found the way to go.
now the problem is: I've been contacting a company that definitely could help me and knows about concentration, penetration enhancers,....

I contacted them and now they got back to me saying they only give info to companies ( so I have to prove that I own a company or laboratory but I don't)
I think it's so frustrating. Has someone out here faced the same kinda problem and how do you solve it?
Are there any businesses helping people like me with creating products, contacting companies, assuring that it's safe, contains enough active ingredients.....

As far as I can tell from your past posts you are trying to formulate a pharmaceutical product.
Good luck getting that onto the market.

Not exactly, as there is an OTC eyelash serum containing one of the active ingredients you can buy as private person.
It's just that so far I found one company selling the active ingredient knowing everything about concentrion, solubility but only want to communicate with labs, companies,....

Venture capitalists don't like to risk their money on individuals because corporations enjoy all sorts of governmental protections not available to humans. In the USA, we have government "of the people, etc." Corporate America turned that on its head by changing the legal definition of "person" to include a corporation. Supposedly, this came out of the 14th Amendment. The mystery to me is how a corporation can be a person and be owned by another person. Didn't the 13th Amendment end slavery?

So, if you can't fund your own invention, you need to incorporate.

Thanks for the info.
The crazy thing about this, is that I can order the active ingredients elsewhere. But the company I was contacting wrote me they know how to formulate it into a lotion ( concentration, solubility,....) but they only want to give further information to an actual company.
In other words: if my brother would own a company, he could get that info and I could order elsewhere.

I can always experiment myself but risking to overdose, using the wrong penetration agents,....

For now, I would like to get in touch with a company that formulates stuff for private people and is able to communicate B2B. I'm sure it should exist in 2011
