Hello,
I'm Sheepy....I am conducting a survey into what your prefered music listening medium is that you use when at home.
All poll contributors will gain entry into a competition where they can win the option to tick a box in this survey !
So, what are you waiting for ?..
Me?...CD !
ewe ?
-
I voted CD....
-
Me too, although I've still got a lot of stuff on vinyl too. Most of the time I listen to radio, but not for music. MP3 just sounds weird.
-
I tend to use radio most as I listen mostly when on the road and like the option of music, chat, comedy, news etc.
I tend to tune to BBC local radio or BBC Radio 2 & 4 and Magic FM.
-
cds, old vinyles, cassette tapes, utube, radio now and then..oldies mostly..elevator music etc...
-
I put MP3, but I also provide the harmonics myself...
-
I voted for the DAB/FM radio because it is easier to use but otherwise it's usually the PC's WindowsMedia or the listenagain facilites.
-
I voted for PC because that's how I play my music these days. I can play MP3, MP4, WMA, WAV, Ogg Vorbis or any number of other formats. Can't do that with a CD player or iPod.
Incidentally, WimAmp is my player of choice.
I also listen to quite a lot of radio on the PC via the internet.

PC and/or iPod.
-
me to Ipod or Pc and also i like to read ...... and watch Cricket
-
I like pandora.com a lot, and watch a lot of music video clips on youtube.
-
Yelling loudly and being the heaviest.
-
as a professional eccentric i have been listening to music on my pc for roughly 10 years, and i am not planning to change that.
i have tried mp3 players, but they all seem to run on batteries and break after about a year or so. what i have yet to try is a stereo with mp3 capabilities.
my players of choice are audacious (mp3s), banshee (podcasts), and occasionally last-exit for last.fm.
-
I put PC - everything is pretty much on iTunes for the ipod. Occasionally use the CD player if it's not something I'm planning on putting on my ipod though.
I also sometimes put a music channel on the TV instead of listening to the radio when I don't want to actually decide what to listen to.

Well...
Radio 2, 4, 6 and 7 mainly, depending on what's on.
CD's otherwise, though I'll occasionally plug the Mrs' iPod into the stereo.
