Today is day three and I am supposed to be able to sit for longer periods in an upright position. I have had to lie flat or walk around.. Posted some standing up yesterday. I have been sitting about 5 minutes and experiencing some rather Sharp rotten shooting pains upwards into my upper ab and stomach area.. and downwards into my leg from where he put the clamp.. Yesterday was iccky bloodpressure wise but not pain, but I sat up very little just straight up and down.. mostly walked and lied down..
Today is Saturday surgery was Wednesday and all the doctors offices are closed today. So without running to a hospital I was wondering has anyone had one, or know if this is normal as I find no reference to it in my pamplet really..! There is no swelling or redness or extreme heat at the incision site and other then the sharp pains I feel ok, although all day yesterday had a lot of trouble trying to get my blood pressure down..
they were as follows.
173/105 p.78
197/108 p.81
157/119 p. 80
214/139 p.83
202/128 p.76
202/134 p.72
I felt yucky all day yesterday thought it was just me..
This morning it is 178 /107 p. 65 before my meds and a little light headed..
I am not looking for a diagnosis just am trying to figure out if this is common or
normal, or should I make a run to hospital... I can drive today according to this
booklet!
THanks in advance.. I am going to look some more about this too!!

does your doctor have an answering service? perhaps they can page him or something
-
I was trying to avoid it, as it is so expensive.. I already owe him.....over $50.000.00 no joke!!! LOL I guess a couple more more or less is not going to kill me eh??
-
well if it's a choice of a couple more dollars or horrible pain... or worse, i'd just call him
-
Yep if I dont find some more info I will! Thanks though Kadie.. How are you?
