Title: Ball like muscles?

Hey guys..I seen a freinds arm today..and his muscle was a ball shape? mine stretches from my elbow to my shoulder..but his was a ball in the middle..whats the deal with this? [:-\]

It could be possible that your friend has a ruptured bicep tendon?

Well. I cna get mine too look like both. If you flex from like more then a 90 degree angle with your elbow it will be streched out. And say if you flex at like a 45 degree angle its more of a ball.

And i mean like a tennis ball size and shape
