How do I disseminate a new theory?

Ashwani Kumar Upadhyay asked the Naked Scientists:
What can you do for the presentation of an unimaginable, impossible discovery in physics at the present status of physics; encompassing also astrophysics astronomy and cosmology? The title of the discovery is:
43" Perihelion Advance of Mercury Planet Without Relativity & Gravity"
Anyone can easily and instantly realize its importance for a new vision, new way of thinking and understanding with new dimension and direction of physics astronomy and cosmology. It has been done without any assumption in vehement contrast to the assumptions-loaded, limitlessly complicated arbitrary and ambiguous relativistic solution. It hasbeen done through the derivation of new equation just in two steps and it yields 43" within five minutes. Obviously it is not an assumptions-loaded theory but the Foundational Law of Universe.Obviously it is simple precise and crystal clear, comprehensible even to undergraduate students. A student has not to cram and do tedious practising on the so called anomalous perihelion advance of the planet mercury. While a teacher has not to carry lengthy notes and heavily imitate from the notes for the black-board,helpless to get students comprehend even single trace of the derivations of the relativistic solution. The discovery also exposes the physical cause and reasons for the 43".
Please, don't suggest the general suggestion,"to send it to a suitable journal' or to write an abstract for the contributed talk in a conference. If you and your forum can arrange its Presentation at the Royal Society or Royal Astronomical Society or Institute of Physics, where it can also be published instantly after its presentation, then inform me.
What do you think?

If it's that simple, publish it here.
