Title: Do jellyfish get cancer?

First off what is a naked scientist hope its not what I think it is!
 
Secondly I was wondering do you know if jellyfish can get cancer by any chance?

I don't know specifically if they do or not - but the consideration could perhaps be: 'is there a reason why they should not get cancers?'

They are subject to cell division just like any other animal so mutation could occur there, also they live in an environment that could carry carcinogens.

So the answer is probably yes.
