Study shows that bees prefer nectar laced with neonicotinoids insecticides, which could have major implications for EU law.

Very good - and that actually is the reason, because the neonicotinoid action stimulates the bee-brain in such a way as to make feeding locations that are also rich in the chemicals more memorable for the insects, so they feed there more frequently...
