Title: What catalyst do i need to make Sodium Hexametapolyphosphate - "Graham's salt"?

I tried to prepare this compound from NaH2PO4 but the quality is too low.I heard that there's smthing added as a catalyst. I need the technology protocol also.
Please help me asap.
