Title: How would I go about setting a bookmark to list all the threads I've started?

I played around in the address bar & managed:

where all my threads are 'clumped' together on each page, but I would prefer to see them without other posters included & newest first.

I'm sure it needs to include 'member=6632' as that's me, but don't know the other variables to be passed.
