Title: What is the best way to clean a chlorine-container to re-use it?
Post by: menageriemanor on 22/03/2013 01:28:38
Have a great R70 stabilized chlorine container, 10kg size, perfect size for buying molasses for pet sheep.  Have washed it, but is there anything else  I should rinse it with?  Or is it a no no, for liquids?

Does it still smell of "chlorine"?
If not, it's probably safe.

washed 3 times with detergent and water.  Just wondered if there was something that would attract any nasty bits, if any remained, and wash away with them. It's just a really good 10kg size, better for me than the 20 kg containers.  I'm such a scrounge, I get a huge buzz if I can reuse a thrown away item.

Thanks for reply
