I am shocked you did not already look! Hey do you have a sump pump in place in case the water under there gets out of hand?

Hey do you have a sump pump in place in case the water under there gets out of hand? It's about six inches !!....that's less than I expected...but considering it was bone dry about 4 months ago it's still a considerable amount !Have never needed a sump...there's still a good three feet in between the top of the water and the floor. We all have it in my street..I believe it's the natural water table height....besides.....looking at the 1898 ordinance survey map...my house is right in the middle of a lake !!..............and there is a lake less than a 100 yards away !
