Halton Arp Quasars

an article concerning quantum quasars from the website :
http://bourabai.kz/quasars-e.htm
[nofollow]
" In 1971 , K.G. Karlsson examining stastistics of QSO redshifts had found out that it has explicitly cluster character with practically equal steps
on frequency. Using statistical analysis , H. Arp , had found out that if quasars associated with galaxies located on small angular distances
from them , the statistical quantization of QSO redshifts became clearer. Continuing these researches , carefully taking into account all
accompanying indications of close located , QSO and galaxies , H. Arp , has come to the conclusion that these objects have not only close
angular arrangement , but are also close linearly , physically. Many cases of connection of galaxies and QSO by radio bridges and visible
stellar sleeves are observed. Applying the formula to allocation "intrinsic" component of QSO redshift not dependent from distance. H. Arp
has recieved even more legible quantisized distribution. It has appeared that the redshifts have only fixed values related to the series:
z = 0.061 , 0.3 , 0.6 , 0.96 , 1.41 , 1.96
,,,in mathematically convenient form this sequence can be recorded as :
z = ( e ^ (( n + a ) / b )) ............ a = 0.285 , b = 4.874
....here n = 0 , 1 , 2 , 3 , 4 .... a natural number , substantially a number of QSO type....." end quote...
JI....
The above is Karlsson's exponential formula , natural log e , for the redshift values. H. Arp took this form and came up with his 1.23 con-
stant ( I used 1.228 due to Femat form 2807 - 1579 = 1228 ). This was a strange coincidence because upon further investigation the
value 1.228 was previously discovered as a constant value for quasar redshifts:
IN ( 1 + z ) = .206
http://www.springerlink.com/content/m26417775v5x1717.html
...however it wasn't used in any formula to generate H. Arp's sequence of Karlsson values. Reciprocal natural log e = IN , is the source
for 1.228:
e ^ .206 = 1.2287532...
....and this is the form, the quantum integer dimensionals, use in my formula , which is a lot less messy than Karlsson's formula with his a
and b correction factors. I found out later at this website: " Burbidge and Napier , QSO , Redshift Distribution " ,that they had extended
the QSO redshifts beyond H.Arp's observed value 1.96 and had observed values at 2.63 , 3.45 , and 4.75 units , agreeing with Karlsson's
formula. I wanted to see if it matched my predictions using the exponential form ...e^.206...and the quantum unit of H. Arp's redshift
delta .061. Results are as follows:
x = e ^ .206 = 1.228...
z = .061 = primitive quantum of action
QUANTUM NUMBER JI FORMULA KARLSSON/ARP
1 ........................... ( x ^ 1 ) * ( z + 1 )) - 1 = .302908 ..................................( .3 )
2 .......................... ( x ^ 2 ) * ( z + 1 )) - 1 = .599971 ..................................( .6 )
3 ........................... ( x ^ 3 ) * ( z + 1 )) - 1 = .964764417............................( .96 )
4 ........................... ( x ^ 4 ) * ( z + 1 )) - 1 = 1.4127307..............................( 1.41 )
5 ........................... ( x ^ 5 ) * ( z + 1 )) - 1 = 1.962833................................( 1.96 )
BURBIDGE/NAPIER
6 ........................... ( x ^ 6 ) * ( z + 1 )) - 1 = 2.638359................................( 2.63 )
7............................ ( x ^ 7 ) * ( z + 1 )) - 1 = 3.467905................................( 3.45 )
8 ........................... ( x ^ 8 ) * ( z + 1 )) - 1 = 4.486587................................( 4.47 )
....so it seems quantum levels of quasars are changed only as integer quantum POWERS of the unit quantum constant, e^.206.
What is the number .206? It could be related to theta ...1.6180339875 because:
( 1.6180339875 - 1 ) / 3 = .206011329...
