After reading several postings that are now locked the thing I found most interesting was that despite your claim that a person isn't allowed to "evangelize their own pet theory," the "pet theory" that you all evangelize is that whatever theory it is that is believed remains a a theory. Everyone has their opinion on something, and they are all right opinions except for the opinion that claims it is the only right opinion. If you believe so much in what you believe at least have the balls to say, this is what I believe, it is the only right thing to believe and here is why - instead of trivializing your belief on something by talking about being "open to other opinions" or making truth a relative thing. It would be silly to claim that 2+2=5, and in the same way it is equally silly to act as though the truths of our human existence are purely relative to how the individual perceives them. My truth is different from your truth, and her truth, and his truth - only "Almighty Science" is something which is not relative. What a crock.

So go post on a forum that wants to hear bible-thumping and stop littering this one with half-baked ideas and whinging nonsense.

As said, this is a SCIENCE forum, not a religious form or anything else. If you don't like the science that gives you everything from aspirin to your wheat bread, corn and tomatoes - only possible because of the genetic "theory" behind them --
