I guess it depends on what you consider "better" means when applied to University education. Some Universities tend to be stronger in some disciples and less well endowed in others. If "aerospace" study reflects your interests, then seeking Universities that place a strong emphasis on this topic, presumably publishing many papers in the field would be worth searching for, This may be more profitable than alternative but somewhat vague descriptors  such as "good". Looking over IEEE publications and abstracts may help identify Universities that embrace aerospace technology.

Other factors reside in the nuts and bolts of deciding an appropriate approach to higher learning. Costs will probably be a factor, and University fees could vary vary between countries quite a lot. Other factors, such as cultural sensitivity to other people's backgrounds, variety of social activities on offer etc. may also contribute to your considerations. You may benefit far more from achieving an enjoyable University experience, gain great exam marks and relevant degree(s) than just attending another University that might be labelled as "prestigious" but one that might not offer a satisfying educational-social experience.
