Anyway, thats where my wound is.
I find it a bit painful when I deficate and i even place alcohol in it but no no avail by means of cure.
The wound is kinda close to my anus and I dont know where I got it. Im a male, straight, by the way and I really had no idea where did I get this wound.
Anyway, its been 3 days since I last got this. So, how will I cure this thing?

It seems like you have an anal fissure. Don't worry this is quite common. Go to see your GP and he will give you some ointment to apply.
-
It could be piles, perhaps?
-
Indeed, but not usually referred to as a "wound". Either way not something to be overly worried about and should see a GP.

Sure, but I think that he's using "wound" as a cover-all term.

its anal fissure guys...
i still have it... so, what are the home treatments aside from eating a high fiber diet? I mean, what cream should I apply to it?

Get ointment prescribed by your Doctor. Mainly, keep it clean and wash after going to the loo (and re-apply ointment). It will probably not be easy in workplace or public loos so you need to prepare a bit. It would be disconcerting for others to see you with your rear over a sink when they go to wash their hands :-) It should clear up in a week or two.
