What exactly gives superfluids their odd properties, and are there any other superfluids besides Helium3?

One isotope of rubidium, and one isotope of lithium*. Helium-4 also.

When brought to lower temperature, the molecules of superfluids will stop bouncing around, thus lessen the drag. As for HE, the electron configuration is very stable, it doesn't need for covalent bonds.
