Title: Is There Equal Salinity Spread Amongst All The Oceans ?

Lets say I'm cruising the worlds oceans (Pacific, Atlantic, Indian, Arctic, and Southern...they're the main 5 yes ?)If I skim the surface of each one with a cup will I find that the contents have roughly the same amount of salt ? ...

I don't know....do you ?

Usually the north and should Atlantic are treated separately because they have separate circulation.

You have ofcourse forgotten the Arctic ocean also.

But, yes, different seas and oceans (even different parts of oceans) have different salinity.  The most obvious differences are rivers emptying their waters into the oceans which will reduce salinity, while more heat will cause water to evaporate and thus increase salinity.
