I Want A Gold Star Too! cause: today iv'e managed to do somthing iv'e never done before: i turned in this weeks spelling quiz and got a perfect score. Although my score waz perfect it appears im not too bright i got a perfect zero, not a single answer right!!!

hey stardisher outter! I am here...and have never received a star...hmmm, maybe for being the most depressed at the moment...uh, no, that is not worthy of a star, how about, not breaking up with boyfriend yet??? surely that is worthy of a platinum star??? hint, hint..or maybe being a good employee today and only working 8hrs?? no, oh, well..hmmm, maybe the most boring person in the world? oh, geez, I will think of something and get back with you about some merit or another, oh by the way Neil...the Home Owner Association has now hired me on the Quality Assurance Committee every 3rd Wednesday of the month...unbelievable..depressed and all, not even a face to face meeting..hehe...just plenty of solutions to some of their harried problems...hey maybe that is worth a star???

Thanks Neil...you continue making me laugh..hehe Wow! I am so honoured! I had no idea I was going to be on the committee...I guess he liked my ideas on how to pull their finances out of the sewer...and also, did not know I was going to add a new load on my shoulders...but I am sure it will be fascinating as I love challenges...and after reading the geological report on the land here...ugh! Truly challenging...I would love to stress pier and beam but as expensive as that would be....they would turn it down...but it is pretty sludgy here underneath with the springs and all...hmmm, I need to know where they lie if they have a report on that...have to go! LOL

Well, given you've coloured it black, are you sure it is not a black hole [:D].

Not sure that black holes can have shadows either, but since the image behind the 'star' is actually brighter than the star itself, I suspect it is more a consequence of gravitational lensing. [:D]

LOL Too funny. Okay Great Emperor Hadrian or Neil Superstar hero! I think I deserve another star as I have led the Dallas Roc to two nights of victory as my numbers ran true with the new program for 2 days and the dream team left the office at 10pm instead of 12am or later...the poor sleeper 8 team are still at work and Roy who is heading the Fort Worth Roc keeps calling me for advice...I did have to help him out on the way home...hehe it did cost his team dinner and a little money...so what do you think? Do I deserve another star?

My husband is a stick, (stiff as a board) He hates dancing! I love it! What kind of dance you doing loretta? I watched some Belly Dancers yesterday, they were quite good. Boy if I could move like that, YOWSA!!! Loretta you should put a Rhinestone in your navel and get to it girl, I bet that would really shake the kid up!!! Love you and thank-you!

LOL Karen, no specific dancing..just whatever the mood I am in with the right tune on the radio and anyone is subject to see me start dancing...lol But, when I am around my kids...well, I kind of do some goofy dancing so they can roll their eyes, be embarrassed, or hear what their response is...Magnum is pretty serious so at least he will say something which will make me laugh. Hmmm, maybe I could shake things up here and take some bellydancing lessons...I have never thought about that? I will see how much it is and I have some belly! You are right! Magnum would croak just at the mere thought of me and a rhinestone in my navel..hehe You are welcome!

LOL I dance everywhere...when Nate and I went to a restaurant that served bbq, I had him laughing as I told him since he was treating I would dance for my supper...so I put on my best penguin form and flapped away...and then made up a sea doo dance...which I do at the apartments for some residents as the laugh..hehe they still won't join me in the fun of my antics..but love to make people laugh or smile!

Good for you Karen! Dancing is fun even when no one wants to dance with you! My friend Nelson, laughed at me one time when it was raining(gosh, it has been so long since it rained)as he thought I was kidding about dancing in the rain....I jumped up ran outside and danced outside he laughed his butt off...of course, not a great choice in my clothing attire as I was drench...dress clung to my body...ick! He brings it up every now and then how that was funny and said he has done it once..okay, I admit, I have done it more than that as the kids and i even ran in it for fun...once when I was upset with ex, I got out of the car and started running in it and went to girlfriends house...that time was not fun...ick.. I listen to all kinds of music...when I was in college I took a course Music Appreciation...I remember writing a paper on Beethoven and Mozart...described one tempermental as weather, and the other one smooth as glass..I didn't do to bad in that class...just am not musically inclined with any instruments but a stupid cazoo...hehe

I played the Clarinet, The base Clarinet, Dabbled at the piano, and played the guitar a tiny bit. I like to play at the harmonica but have not got it yet either. I love music very much and have an open mind. I hate punk rock, acid rock, ( If they even have that these days ) I like clean wrap and hate the vulgar stuff. I love elevator music and oldies alot. I like folk, classical Jazz, rhythum and blues and bluegrass, and Big Band. I like old gospel and old country sometimes. Not much of the modern country. I also like Barbershop harmony! I love pop, Romantic, and old ballads. I like Stiesand, Manilow, moody blues,Elvis Costello, Leon Redbone some of Queens old stuff. I love Elvis Presly, 10 CC,and Sergio Diestal, Doris Day, Air Supply, Bay City Rollers, Disco, I really like a large variety of music, now and then stuff. I am sentimental and Love Dean Martin , and Frank Sinatra,tony Bennett, Neil Diamond, I love Carol King, Helen Reddy, GAWWWD! I just like music, and it depends on my mood what I listen too. WOW maybe that can earn me a new star! What do you think?....Karen

I love clarinet,Violin, Piano, my fav! You mentioned some really great groups...and must agree with your taste of music..I am not fond of country...sorry...I can deal with Kenny Rogers and a few others...or rather the word is tolerate..yeah,, you deserve a star...

I like Mozart, but only have him in old 78's (records) I have no cds with the old classics! Makes me sad, I bet the sound quaility is so much better!

Mozart’s music is beyond even the classics. He composed not with his mind but with his presences. That is to say he wrote it as the master within him revealed the music to his experience. His true genius was to not get in the way of the process. If you ever wanted proof trough experience of the existence of GOD or Enlightenment then you not likely to get any nearer then his unfinished requiem.

Hadrian, this is so true...he was a true genuis and I think about several people such as Beethoven, Choppin, Mozart, and so many more...some of them had disabilities and could compose masterpieces! 9years old and composed first piece tells me there had to be proof of God given him such inspiration...lol

MAn Helena, There are so many more musicians and much more music. I love alot of the celtic music, ballads they remind me of me Grandma! She would always sing to me in an Irish brog. I just loved it and still recall it to this day and she passed from this world to the next in 1975! amazing how things remain so fresh!......Karen
