I am new comer of this forum, I am a Offset printer. Could you help me to understand UV ink?If we take one kg UV ink and print solid with density 1,40, how many sheet we will got? How about matching color of UV ink, Is it different of conventional ink(oilbase ink)? how about drying of UV ink, I have heard that UV is not easy like the sound and need time to learn and understand about it.[?]

I have no idea about the details of using UV inks, but I would have thought that the colour matching would be very difficult as the colour will be very dependent on how strong the UV is. As UV inks convert UV into visable light so will look entirely different colours under incandesent lights, flourescent lights, natural light at midday or twilight.

This is an extremely specialised technological question that I don't think that you have given anything like enough information for anyone to give a meaningful reply. These questions are probably best answered by your ink supplier who should be able to ask you the right supplementry questions about your equiment to tell you how to use it.
